What language(s) do the tour hosts speak/ individual dance teachers?
The tour guide speaks at least fluent English as well as Spanish. Most Cuban dance teachers speak Spanish and English.

Is there a supplement to be paid if I book a single room?
Our prices are based on one person sharing a double room. If you wish to have a room to yourself, a single supplement will be charged (check the single supplement for the trip you're interested in). If you prefer to share a room (thus avoiding the supplement), we can find you a (same sex) roommate for the duration of the holiday.

How many people are there usually in a group?
There are a maximum of 35 persons in a dance holiday for groups in Havana, 25 persons in a dance holiday for groups in Santiago. An individual dance holiday can be booked alone or with others.

How do I book a Dance4two holiday?
All our trips can be booked online by filling out a booking form. You are asked to pay an amount of €200 in advance within 7 days after you made the booking. Once we have received your booking, you will be sent a confirmation. The rest of the amount has to be paid at least 6 weeks before the starting date of the tour.

What is the flight book service?
To find a plane ticket, Dance4two can help you. There are many airlines with flight to Havana, Varadero, and Holguin. To find a cheap plane ticket, we'll discover 2-3 attractive plane travel solutions that will fits to your wishes. Our main goal is to help our visitors finding the lowest airfares possible. How does it work? 1. You send us preferred day and place of departure and arrival. You send us your passport name and number. 2. Based on the available airlines, we select 2-3 plane travel solutions. 3. You make your choice and you pay the exact price of the ticket. 4. We book the flight and send you the e-ticket. 5. Cost for this service is €35. The cost of the flight ticket is not included.

Should I buy a travel insurance before going on holiday with Dance4two
We have to have your own travel insurance before participating in one of our trips.

Which documents do I need for travelling to your destinations?
For members of the European Union, travelling to Cuba, you need a valid passport (valid at least 6 months, counted from the day of entry into the country). For travelling to Cuba you also need to bring a Tourist card (= Visa) issued already in the country you are flying from. This tourist card can often be arranged by specialist travel agents who organize holidays and flights to Cuba. In any case, please check all travelling details carefully before flying.

Do the dance studios have air conditioning?
Most of our dance studios are air-conditioned.

How old do you have to be for a Dance4two dance course?
Your age can be between 18 and 80 years old. We do not cater for a specific age group. Anybody who is in shape and enjoys dancing is welcome on our trips. In general, a majority is single and between 30-50/55 years.
